Anti-Pinch Safety Design – Automotive-Grade Composite Foam Strip
The anti-pinch design uses an automotive-grade composite foam strip installed between the door leaf and the middle column to provide effective protection during operation. The foam strip features high elasticity and resilience, with a compression recovery rate of ≥95%, allowing it to quickly return to its original shape after pressure release. With a soft Shore hardness range (approximately 15–25 Shore A), it absorbs impact force and significantly reduces the risk of finger injuries. The material also offers excellent aging resistance, maintaining stable performance after long-term opening and closing cycles, and operates reliably within a wide temperature range (-30°C to 80°C).
